give me my 3 guns you owe me! Hawkmoon x2, Patients And Time From xur!!!!!
I won hawkmoon two times in the crucible and both times when i go back to the lobby (orbit), NOTHING
then I BUY Patients And Time From xur and its not given to me.
yes i have checked the god damn postmaster, yes i have messaged bungie and destiny about 20 times and no reply.
i am about to rip my hair out.
give me my guns!

Not that you have to hope on some random drop rate that clearly sucks waiting to get the Hawkmoon or the Monte Carlo. I have been playing all sorts of modes in destiny from VOG, Tiger Strike & Curiclbes and still have not seen any sign of the Monte Carlo or Hawkmoon. Other games that I have played when it says exclusive i have received my item by either purchasing it from the playstation store or was given a code to received such said item, never have I had to wait on some random drop that clearly seems broken in this game. I think bungie needs to start taking care of its player by giving them what is entitled to them. I don't see this game lasting long if bungie doesnt start to appreciate its players, I already had friends return thier copies of destiny for many reasons already and bungie knows what they are.

I know what your problem is. You bought "Patients And Time From xur" instead of buying "Patience And Time from Xûr."

I've lost a few guns too - but only when I put the same guns in my vault. I lost 2 plan c's (but still have the original) and I lost my 2nd patience and time. I got them all on drops so I don't care - but you without a doubt lose guns. don't care what anyone says

Well first bungie will ask how you know what you had. You will say it showed it at the bottom left corner like it does for everyone and everything. Bungie will say you are wrong because they don't even know what their own game does. You will say yes it does try playing it and you will see please fix and make right i earned this in vog. They will follow up with we don't replace lost or missing items...aka you are SOL....we know everything about our game is broken....aka destiny sucks massive crack right now....but we know you're disappointed...aka we don't give a rats ass about our gamers and lastly we have no way to give it to you but 5 days later they can put a fricking pumpkin head in your postmaster. Give us our stuff fix this game before its too late. Bungie is just as responsible for this game as activision quit making excuses for them and hold them responsible not just for a bad game but not caring about the players, their time or financial support.

5 RepliesBungie's policy is not to restore lost or deleted items. They may be able to track items, but that doesn't mean the ability for support staff to issue items has been added. Although this is for deleted, it also applies to lost items, as well as other services Bungie do not offer. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211
