Just so you know the DoT on the Mark of devourer does not stack. You hit once and for a few seconds they take DoT. Timer does not reset with consecutive hits and there is no additional damage for consecutive hits.

I had seen the dot get re-applied and assumed it was re-applied every hit, not that it only re-applied after it had run out. That being said, it'd still be pretty excellent, even if it only applied once per burst.
