Hi Craig,
I'm sorry you hit that MONKEY error in the video. We tracked a spike in these errors after our update on the 28th and it looks like that was about the time this video was taken. Fortunately, these errors have significantly reduced in rate since then. We’re constantly monitoring and improving our network services to keep Destiny up and running for as many players as possible.

Great that you're monitoring the trends but what's being done to fix it? If there is a spike in errors after a patch, then the spike subsides; is this grounds to just keep monitoring?

Thank you for the reply. I'm glad things have been working out for other players, hope I'm one of them soon! Trying to get the last Bounty for the day of getting 3 Gold Public Events but I can't stay on a planet long enough for even one to start.
