It's not just you, I feel the same way. I've got a Titan and a Warlock to level 25 each, and while the gameplay is fun I do ask myself - why am I doing this? I'm used to playing games that have an end game, working towards completing my characters story. Fallout, Skyrim, Mass Effect, these are the games that get me invested in not just what I'm doing, but also why I'm doing it. I realise that Destiny doesn't compare exactly to those kind of games but it does share certain RPG/levelling elements. The difference is that, unlike those other games, Destiny has no payoff - it's all about the RNG grind. I've got to the stage where only two things matter - Tiger strikes and Crucible, both with the primary intention of completing bounties. I do admit that PvP is more fun than I thought it would be. I came to Destiny without any intention of playing PvP but find that it's unpredictability always keeps you on your toes. Strikes, on the other hand, are few and far between - there really needs to be more. In summary, it's still fun. But I do ask myself - what am I working towards?
