Hahaha I discovered out about that bounty glitch by accident (after a few LONG nights). I logged back in later in the day after doing all of them before sleeping, and they were back. I thought I was just over tired or losing my mind.
I'm at rank 6 Dead Orbit now on the verge of 7! I hope RNGeesus is good to me

I just tried this twice on PS4, once logging out and in without quitting the game, and once with quitting the game. It didn't work either time. Are you on a different system? And if not, did you totally shut down your console before coming back?

You must be playing at 5 am when the bounties refresh for the next day. Complete as many as you can. When you're done quit the game, and I don't think your have to shut off your console, but you may as well I guess. When you log back in the bounties for the day will all be available.
