The caps lock type looks a little unprofessional is all, beyond that I could not agree more with your post. Can't tell you how man times the bugs in the final leg of the VoG have crippled a run. Glad you posted it, hopefully you get a lot of bumps so the raid team looks at this. I'm pretty convinced they won't listen to the community manager so this forum is really the last bastion of hope in my opinion.

I don't blame you seems like they have one hell of a disconnect between the players and the raid team(the development team really) and I don't feel that Deej is on our side here. Again best of luck with the thread, RNGesus knows we some serious fixes to this raid, let alone the game itself. Glad you made this though they need to see in some way.
