Forerunner Saga
Contact Harvest
Fall of Reach/Cole Protocol (CP basically takes place during the early sections of FoR)
The Flood (Halo:CE in book form with some extra stuff)
First Strike
Ghosts of Onyx
Kilo-Five trilogy
There's also a series of short stories that take place throughout the series. As far as I can remember, that's all there is.
