Vanguard Titan Mark
Is there any advantage to buying the Vanguard Titan mark? I mean you get the rep and marks without it or do you earn more if wearing one? There has to be a reason they make you wait till lvl 2 to access it.....right.....?!?

No extra bonus. It's a piece of armor and like the other armor it requires level 2. They weren't going to code differently for what is technically armor as useless as it is.
