Freedom of speech pretty much all other rights only apply when dealing with government related things. Any private business can deny you for any reason they want as long as its not based on one of the protected classes.

I'm with you on the "who cares " part. Not sure what the people with an urge to report are trying to achieve. They're probably not affected and the ones they're trying to report are either doing it to get a reaction OR, in the event that they are genuine, not going to change. That said, ToU and CoD regulates what we can post here and there are restictions in the freedom of speech too.

Actually when you agree to a T&C you typically voluntarily suspend your rights to speech. I haven't looked closely to Bungie's, but it's typically in there in some form. We're playing their game & posting on their forums. It is normally within their rights to remove, ban, or rename at their discretion. Just as if I entered your home and became disruptive, either in a physical or vocal sense, you'd have the right to remove me from your property. At least this is the way it typically applies.
