Of course not but the fact that men tend to be more aggressive than women is a simple reason as to why men are usually the ones perpetrating shooting sprees. A lot of people have mental illness but why do you think people resort to killing as many people as possible, aside from just simply being aggressive by nature. Like you said if that were a good enough reason then every guy would be killing people or fighting constantly.
