Error Code: Monkey (MADNESS)
Just another post to tell you that the latest patch has made Destiny unplayable. Again. I'm on Xbox One getting Error Code Monkey every couple of minutes, on crucible and vanguard strikes.

I had issues up until 8:30pm Central on the 28th, when we started our raid. After that i can say i had no issues. For xbox one users, you can clear your MAC address and potentially fix this issue by going into settings > network > MAC reset > clear > and restart. It actually helped ne last night, as i could not have raided without this fix.

I'm on PS4. Wasn't having issues until the update. Did nightfall, daily and weekly this morning with no errors. Post update, I can't make it through an entire event without "monkey" error. I'm sure many of you at bungie are hard at work to resolve the issue, and I'd just like to say thanks in advance. May the light be with you.

Seriously disappointed in Bungie, I have not been able to get more than an hour or so of playtime since I purchased this game. constant kicks due to Monkey,Centipede and Hawk, as well as Zebra and Jackrabbit. Not to mention that it occasionally disconnects me from x-box live for no reason, without any error code. I have tried all of your port forwarding recomendations and at one point even disabled my firewall completely to be sure nothing was holding me back. I have a friend who is a networking specialist for a bank verify everything was correctly done. Still doesn't work. It is so bad that at the game store I manage I have stopped trying to sell destiny, and even begun talking people out of it. So that they don't come back upset from the sheer disappointment you are currently providing. some form of recompence should be given to your players. When Rockstar had issues with their servers for GTA-V, 500,000 was given to players to ease their disappointment. You should consider a similar avenue because I see your game getting turned in weekly for trade with the promise of never buying from Bungie again.

2 Repliesgetting 'monkey' errors every few mins. usually never any disconnects, now disconnect galore since todays patch :( seems like each patch they are making this game more and more unstable. please revert patch asap. really would like to play this game on my day off...

3 RepliesSo, I've done 3 strikes today, and my daily heroic, right at the very end after we kill the final boss, BOOM Error code monkey, then i dont get the rewards for doing all that work. It's ridiculous, this is the type of thing any other game that calls itself an mmo of sorts woul compensate its players for.,

This game is now unplayable. I only have an hour or so each day and that gets taken away by error codes in the daily, weekly, and nightfall. Seriously, why create an always online game if you cant keep your servers running properly, spend some of the 500 mill testing servers. This is ridiculos. Im pissed about it, thank god the master chief collection is coming out in 2 weeks. No way this game lasts 10 years with millions of server problems in the first 2 months. I have given up already. Im done.

While you're fixing stuff, would you mind changing 'Nemesis Plane' armour from 'Rare' to 'Uncommon' or something? I get the full set at least twice a day. It's not rare in any sense.

Possible Fix We had 2 guys in the raid getting these error codes... after multiple attempts hard resetting one reset his router IT WORKED the other did it and no more problem They were getting kicked every 2-5 min after that we ran through the raid in 2 hours not a single DC Let us know if it works the more it works the more confirmation we have So Clear Cache or Hard Reset and reset router had a poster confirm for him/her they are on PS3 my buddies were XBOX1
