Do they have the power
So DeeJ can come home drunk one night and post some crazy stuff (Bow-Chika-Bow-Wow) nobody can stop him or give him a snickers bar?

To the best of my knowledge, Employee Accounts cannot be banned. That being said, if they ever did anything ban worthy, they wouldn't be employed much longer.
