Yeah because only pve players should be allowed to hit 30. Such and atrocity it is.

What's the point of hitting 30 if not to play PvE? From what some have claimed, level means nothing in IB - so there isn't a reason to hit 30 aside from just hitting it for die hard PvPers. Though admittingly, this does benefit those who play both aspects equally.

You should have to play the raid to hit lvl 30 yes
