Try resetting your network connection in the console to get back to Destiny server.
Tried it to my 360, everything is working now.

I actually reseted my router & uninstall destiny, a long with the dlcs. Reinstall everything again, it worked fine. Just make sure don't launch the game when it's installing. :)
