It can't be a Vex simulation. Vex can't simulate anything as complex as a Warmind, and we've had a few encounters with Rasputin. We're probably going to have to fight against Rasputin in an expansion.

They could be simulations trying to hack their way into someone else's creation. Or it might not be a simulation at all.
