I had the same problem. I'm pretty sure it's just RNG. I got the same 3 bounties 4 times, (RIP dismantled Invective) the 5th one though offered me the fusion rifle, Invective, and the machine gun one. Thorn, Invective, and Bad Juju might just have a higher percentage to pop than the other ones.

Yeah, I guess so. I want that fusion rifle so damn bad. Might be the most OP gun in the game now that they've buffed the Vex Mythoclast.
