From another thread by a user who has mentioned that they got the 6th and 7th chests, try this method and see if the 6th one spawns:
No praetorians can enter the vex plate
Use the secret passageway to enter the templar area
No sacrifices
No templar teleport
Never have a full wipe so be extra careful about being spotted by Gorgons
