Negative, it's name would be pegasus . It would just be a winged horse because pegasus us just the name of the winged horse that perseus and bellaraphon both rode/flew. Unless you are implying that this said horse is actually the mythical horse of ancient Greek lore, but that couldn't be, for I have pegasus and I fly around quite frequently. Never to the tower tho
