You have made it to 223. So clearly it's not impossible to do. It's a grind to get an exotic, people done that before thorn was even buffed. Shotguns still one hit used properly and 77 wizard is a great fusion to one hit as well. May take a while for those not too great at PvP but you'll get there eventually.

1 ReplyBruh, look at my crucible kd. It isn't that hard, and I'm not even good at PvP. If you want a good gun, you have to be willing to go through the trials and tribulations to get it.

It's easy if you get someone to help you. I did it in about a day. Play rumble and have someone let them kill you. You can get 50 points a game.

You have a warlock and titan, so it doesn't matter which character you have it on. Go void damage. Melee and grenades do void, If its on your warlock blink/void shotgun/melee if its on your titan, void fusion rifle with stability/magnetic grenades/ and melee if they're close. This only took a few matches to do on my warlock and was extremely easy.

Stick with it, it isn't that hard once you get into a rhythm. I'm rubbish at PvP & really don't enjoy it, but I've just finished off the Thorn bounty (there's another step after the Crucible bit BTW). I switched to Voidwalker for starters. I waited until I had Atheon's Epilogue, but used a void fusion & machine gun most of the time. I played control & tried to stick with at least one or two of my team. I even went negative in a couple of games & still made progress with the bounty.

1 ReplyI think you just need to get some thumbs you self-entitled baby. I have a friend that goes negative every game and he did it with only a rare void shotgun. All it took me was about 8-10 games. Also, it's 5 points for every void kill and minus 2 for every death, so even with a 0.5 KD you can finish it. Quit crying. PS it's not even the last part

I did it and I suck at crucible. Wasn't that hard at all. Just takes some time and patients that's all.

Lol that's not the last phase, you still need to purchase an intrusion form the speaker for 1 mote and beat xyor on lvl26 summoning pits with epic on.

Find somebody to play with. Go to rumble and have them sit in a corner and shoot them in the face over and over again

Get two friends, go into rumble, play as a team. let them help protect you and kill them, get it easy. Then keep your friends around for the last part.....bring arc snipers and solar scout rifles, and pray the unwed doesn't glitch

Edited by MIA Philly: 12/7/2014 2:59:44 PMi am probably one of the worst crucible players in the world and i have 2 thorns so it isn't impossible but it was a major headache. if you have these weapons and you are a warlock or titan it becomes much easier Warlock: be a void walker. all your nades and supers count as well as melee. get a void shotgun or fusion rifle. get a void machine gun or rocket launcher. if you are lucky get atheons epilogue from the raid. have all of that equipped and try your best to kill everything. Titan: use defender. your nades and melee help you and equip all the above mentioned weapons. (side note: the update to thorn made it all worth it for me so keep trying to get it.)

I have 2 thorns and got them with my hunter using my heavy amo and uncommon void fusion rifle... took a couple days of playing after work but got it done :D

Grab a void sniper with a very low zoom scope and take potshots at people who are fighting your teammates. Just aim for the body and hope for assists and cleanup kills. Assists count 5 points just like a kill. Also make sure you buy "The Swarm" from the vanguard vendor, or another void heavy weapon. Play smart and dont just run around corners, take your time, THINK about where the enemies are, and what the best vantage point is to shoot them from. Good luck Guardian!

Did it in an hour and a half with uncommon shotgun only, sorry there is only so many handouts before bungie is like you dont deserve this.
