Stability and impact are just too important imo. Low rate of fire rifles tend to hit hard and stagger opponents you need staggered. I have a dropped Vanq8 with reload perks (kill + precision kill) and combined with near max stability it's served me very well. My precision accuracy skyrocketed, giving me great overall damage per magazine. Even at 22 rounds I can drop several general mobs before reload, which is FAST. I missed out on the first Regime so I picked one up last night. It'll be my new baby. For personal comparison I also have 2 dropped Doctors and they're now rotting in the bank. Maybe if they dropped with stability perks I'd consider carrying one.
