The only known Ghost Skin right now is from if you purchased one of the Collector's Editions of Destiny. There was a code inside that you're granted to an exclusive Ghost Skin. There is no other way to get Ghost Skins right now.

The only one currently out there other than the white one you start off with is a red one that you get for buying the digital version of the game.

I heard there is ghost skin for ranking a faction up really high. I'm assuming that's wrong? Either way generalist shell does it's job haha

I had a very strange feeling something was up. I had new monarchy claiming you get ship shaders to recruit me too as well.
