Whatever the story at one point in the development phase is gone or never existed in the first place, you nor I do not work at Bungie so we have absolutely no idea. Story's go through revisions... I'm sure epic novels aren't the first draft just pumped out to the press. I find it amusing that all of you that comment bashing how disappointed and bored you are still on average are greater then level 26, have at least 1 peice of raid gear and have multiple characters. You may call me whatever you wish but at least I'm not a hypocrite.
