There are no patch notes because there hasn't been a patch. Said they didn't know exactly when it would be coming out in the original post about it, what more do you want

Dude, I know there hasn´t been a patch, thats what I m asking: when is going the patch to be live since it was supposed to be on Tuesday or at least before next week....Are they holding it because reconsidering things or are they just ignoring us?

Sorry for double post. Here is the line from Friday's update: "We have a more substantive update in certification right now, which slows down our ability to make changes to the Live game." So it sounds like they are working their hotfixes on a version of the game that received a full patch, so they cannot release the hotfix until Sony and MS certify the full patch. Hope that helps explain the wait.

I am pretty sure they mentioned there was a larger patch in certification with Sony and MS right now, so they are probably waiting for that to drop before they do any more hotfixes.

When did anything say it was supposed to be on Tuesday? Go read the original news post about it, all they said was "it will be soon" obviously the devs don't even know when it's going to be ready, how can they give us information they don't even have? It's not as if the patch is sitting on a floppy disk somewhere waiting to be loaded into the game and they're just not doing it for no reason. My guess would be that they're working on it and it will go live once it's done.

What do you want? A personal letter from the head of the developers telling you what they were working on every second of every day? They told you what they're working on changing, they said they don't know exactly when it will be but it will be sometime soon. That's all you need to know.

Whatever... You are exagerating things, just defending them and think we should let them be as lazy and non transparent as they are now.

And you know they are lazy.... how? There is no software shop in the world that is going to let end users stand over the shoulders of the developers asking if it is going to be today, every day of the week. This is truly a thankless community. Everyone is such an expert on the process, that I wonder why we need Bungie at all.

They never said the patch was happening this week, all they said was they were working on a fix for atheon for an upcoming patch (which could mean this one or the next one or the one after that...) No specific date was mention, read and comprehend.
