So a couple of people I know seem to get legendary gear every cryptarc level, and also a few purple engrams during PVE. I've only had one purple engram drop in 4days worth of play, and every time I go through the cryptarc rank, I only seem to get 2 or 3 rare items GRRRRRR. I think I am jinxed or something, I don't understand.!! (I am level 16 now and vanguard 4) I am having to grind for mine. !! I wasn't sure if its based on stats or something, but would love to find out why I my cryptarc engrams don't ever give me legendary stuff. yours very miffed Mark.G
