PVP should be completely separate from PVE. Having a PVP zone mixed in a PVE area would be a disaster and turn the PVE players off the game. If you want open PVP then Bungie needs to make 2 completely different servers to select from, one for the PVP crowd and one for the PVE players. That way the PVP's can kill each other to their hearts content while not interfering with the rest of the people who are not interested in PVP. Simple enough.
