No it doesn't, it has some aspects of an mmo but all in all isn't one,
MMO stands of massive(ly) multiplier online, "massive wouldn't be describes as 6 people in pve at once and 12 people in pvp at once.
If this is an mmo, you might as well start calling cod an mmo.
