Did the nightfall strike yesterday on my Titan so I could finish out my Pocket Infinity bounty. Buddy helped me skirt stuff around so I could get the kills. Got to Septics and finished my bounty. Killed the boss and got Patience and Time. Went to tower and turned in all my blue engrams (total of 8, 4 primary and 4 heavy). Two of the heavy engrams became legendary MG. One arc, the other void. Add these in with my solar Zombie and I'm set for any upcoming nightfall strike.

Bout to be level 28 and haven't seen a single legendary primary. Two secondaries though.. Yippee. (Light/beware, final boss which I don't even use.) Teach me the ways, Gesus

All I can tell you to do is grind the strikes with friends. It'll keep it from becoming too hum-drum and you'll get a crap ton of engrams. I've seen a [i]lot[/i] of purple engrams drop for other people and having a lot of engrams gives you more chances at better gear. Also, if you do the nightfall at the reset which happened today it'll increase your rep gain for the week and give you more chances at purples from faction/crytard rank increase.

I think I did 22ish strikes over this weekend with 2 friends, and the nightfall, and the weekly heroic on 26.. Nada. Holding out for a primary from xur.. Even if it means I don't get to experience it actually dropping for me :(
