To be honest, if you want all the loot go play a single player game, with a game like this you can't just give everyone who cries all the loot they want or there is no diversity and nothing to keep bringing people back. If you were geared in one week you would be done with the game, so there has to be that chance to keep people coming back and yes others do get gear but that's just how it works, kind of one of those better luck next time situations. So crying won't help any, like I said if you want all the loot you can get there are plenty of single player games you can play, but if you want that multiplayer feel of a game like this, better get use to RNG quickly.
