how does raid loot work when beating it on hard first?
Is it better to do hard? Do you get more gear or just both hard and normal combined?

You double loot it. 6 shards/energy instead of 3. Yada yada It can also be seen in your advisors. Tier 1 and 2 will fill in as you loot.
