I go defender for everything, Striker grenades are just awful. I need my sticky nades for pvp. Plus sitting in the bubble is just so much fun.

Striker lightning grenade is amazing. Stick it to walls not the ground the vertical range is huge.

Lightning Grenade is great. Throw it on a wall next to a control point, then let people decide if they want to stand there and take it, or try and run away before death sets in.

And when you find someone willing to stand in it long enough to die, then you can compare it to a magnetic grenade. I'm not saying it's not without use (blocking off hallways and choke points), but in pvp I will choose a sticky grenade over anything else 100% of the time.
