Are you talking about the bottom where it has a tooth like pattern, or the holes in the cloak? Either way I am pretty sure they designed it like that because it is the same on my hunter for Xbox 360.
Also I love the way it looks.

Yes the bottom edge is all messed up. If you compare it to this image you can see how it should I imagine look. The thing is it's an edge, they don't have an issue with other cloak edges. [url]https://i.ytimg.com/vi/H0XmIsRJll0/maxresdefault.jpg[/url]

What kills me is I was going back and forth between that the cloudwalker. If you could actually view your whole character in the preview I would have avoided this. Really bums me out because I know there are going to be differenced between PS4 and PS3 but this clearly looks messed up. I know it's probably futile to post here but I figured what the hell I'd give it a shot.

Yeah I was a little sad that the quantum-Phoenix blue cloak was tattered and mud stained on the bottom when I saw it, but in the end I was ok with it.
