Paying $60 should get you to every area present on the disc, they intentionally cut content and or released the game prior to it being finished. Either way it's wrong.. I mean shit the area is populated with enemies and a friggin boss. Bungie is nitpicking on unimportant issues and ignoring the actual problems with the game.

Why have the code in the game already then. It's not like they didn't think anybody could ever figure out how to jump a wall.
