which primary for vog(hard mode)... guns I have

it depends on your role.. Really yiour special and heavy play a larger role than your primary. If you are lvl 29 playing on hard you shouldn't ever be using your primary as it doesn't have a high enough DPS. If you are lvl 30 and doing the hard raid it doesn't matter what you use, you'll do just fine.
