Plan C Bugged?
Even if I literally hold the trigger as I switch weapons, the exotic effect (which I have unlocked and applied) does not seem to activate on my Plan C anymore. It fires with the usual charge speed. Is this happening to anyone else?

1 ReplyThere is an internal cool down on Plan C. The insta-fire only procs every 20 seconds or so. I think they did this so people couldn't just switch weapons really fast and keep insta-firing.
