It appears that both your lvl 29 characters are currently using Raid weapons. While I understand that you are probably wanting more armor the drops from the raid are random.

Im happy that i have raid weapons but this isnt going to get me to level 30 guys and this is what i was hoping for. To complete the raid on hard and walk away with a sparrow and 3 schards is quite gutting after spending all the time and not to mention having to level up the 2 hunters before hand and then not get the helmet or any other raid gear. I know it is a random drop but am sure you understand that after doing it 3 weeks in a row and only getting the same weapons each time it gets really annoying and puts me off the game slightly which i really dont want happening as its been the best game since COD4 imo
