I would not think so as they seem to be anti trading.

I was hoping that a "clan vault" could be more regulated, and ease Bunjie's fears of "farmers"

I think at some point I suggested a system that would require clan mates to be in the same clan for a week before they are allowed to trade. This would in theory help fight exploitation but ya never know till it is out in the wild. FWIW I am all for it.
