No I haven't because its not that serious to me.
The funny thing about the lawsuit? I don't think even judges understand this...but they can do whatever they want with the game because the game is not even ours!! States so in the EULA. It's their property.
Besides, if I get to the point where I want to sue people over a game, I'm going outside, finding a nearest friend to smack my face, then we are going out for drinks and chicks. Nothing should be taken that seriously in the gaming world where you have to sue. That's just silly to me.

I'm sorry you're so unbelievably smart that you've proclaimed yourself to know more about the law than the judges. Let me just throw roses on the sidewalk before you walk on it, too...

Sue for false advertising. It's like advertising bleach as milk, or a trampoline for a tent.

Not its not. Those comparisons are poor. What consumers are essentially saying when they make that argument that they have no basic common sense, nor the thought to research the product they plan to purchase. While it seems to be a temporary win, consumers are essentially morphing how it works. In other words, probability states that you and others will affect how gaming software is sold to us, since companies would react naturally to protect their best interests, leaving us with more limited choice. A good example is the dramatic decline of demoes.

No, at E3 they SHOWED us the "real gameplay" of Destiny. NONE of that is in the game and the storyline is completely different. I could make Call of Duty and show all this groundbreaking graphics and gameplay, and then when they put it in the console it's a crap game about how the Grinch stole Christmas.

Edited by GalvatronAlpha7: 10/17/2014 3:03:36 AME3? You do realize that E3 showings are not finished product, correct? E3 doesnt show Alpha, finalized games. Also, what is shown on E3 are normally work accomplished on PC. Gamers really need to educate themselves.

So I'm guessing trailers don't count as showing the game, it's just a funny joke to persuade us to buy a disappointment? Condescending retards need to stop acting so predictable. "Gamers need to educate themselves" lol

I'm not condescending at all, and you don't have to resort to petty name calling because you don't like what you hear. We are having a discussion and the points you bring up to support your argument are incorrect. Yes gamers need to educate themselves when they think that E3 means that they are showing finalized products. Especially since E3 is short for Electronic Entertainment Exposition. The definition of exposition alone means idea or theory. That tells you right there that what they are showing are concepts. Yes they do need to educate themselves if gamers keep buying games that they don't like when they have at their disposal reviews from various different perspectives across the internet by paid reviewers and even when they are not exactly agreed with, you can find a gamer who has a blog reviewing it from his perspective.
