Red hand ix, from engram so better than how it's sold my monarchy.

Red hand ix is amazing, but they don't sell it. You have to get it randomly from one of the rank rewards at new monarchy (level 3+ gives you a postmaster package each time you level up), or get it randomly from an engram.
