Why the change well that should be easy to figure out. The vex was suppose to be the hardest gun to get and only received after beating vog on hard. Not starting at atheon and pushing him off. So they didn't want the cheaters to have the op gun.

That doesn't address the need to change weapons in both PvE and PvP. It also doesn't address the other weapons. Sorry, but you're not Bungie. You're making assumptions of which you don't know the answer. Not meaning to be rude, just the truth. Assumptions and rumors have got us where we are. It's time to ask questions and let Bungie answer.
