Why is Bungie so quick to nerf but I have been waiting on a Thorn buff since week two?? I get a feeling that y'all want a balanced variety of primary weapon usage but please buff up the ones that need it.
I put away Thorn to level up my new Pocket Infinty(got it Friday) and equipped Shadow Price. Now I have three not so great weapons after hot fix?? What the hell have I been gaming for?
And FYI range for ARs wasn't that great. Using Doctor Nope on my alt Titan I could unload a 72 round mag on a legionnaire from a good distance and have 11 or so shots left. Now the distance was greater then you'd find in a close quarter Crucible map but most encounters in PVE are from a goodly distance. That's the issue right there. Quit nerfing stuff for the PVP side of things. It's affecting PVE.
Do some good things and buff Thorn cuz I love popping heads, never been a spray and pray guy.
Ps~only reason I'm using AR while leveling Pocket Infinity is cuz I need some more marks for Devil You Know....unless y'all would like to allow more than one exotic weapon equipped.
Edit: I finally unlocked the 8 mag perk and full auto perk earlier today on Pocket Infinity, let me tell you it takes skill to use. I unlocked them during a 24 strike and aimed at a centurion sporting a solar shield with glee. Pulled the trigger, and OMG I was all over the place!:) It takes skill and sometimes not going full retard, I mean full auto. Skill kills enemies. Leave the gun alone!!
