I too have had this message. I have tried fifteen times to no avail. I have tried logging out of PSN, closing app, Removing disk and even resetting my modem/router

I tried everything listed here and on Reddit and it's all locked up for me. My ps plus just renewed like two weeks ago so I know that is up to date.
