We have been most successful with the relic in the middle tactic. Everyone hop in the bubble and unload.
For whatever reason that seems to be our most reliable method.

So you can actually fire out of the bubble shield created by the relic? And also, isn't there a time limit for how long the relic stays in our time period? If so, what if it disappears and Atheon unleashes some ultimate K.O. Move on us at the same time. Wouldn't we get wrecked? Becuz our main issue with fighting him is the fact that we aren't able to hold on to the relic long enough to charge a super

You dont charge a super with the relic on the final stage. You can. We dont. ;)

yes you can shoot and throw pretty much unlimited grenades out of the bubble, you keep the relic until atheon re-opens the time portal and sends a few of you away (end of times vengence) so if you're organized ... as soon as you destroy oracles, everyone jump in the middle platform and activate shield, unload into him then when times vengence gets to 5/4 seconds run back to your assigned places to make sure the correct three people get teleported.. rinse and repeat. just make sure your team tells you which portal to open as soon as they get teleported so you get maximum time to do damage to him. plus the buff from getting out of the portal, makes it so grenades and supers refill every two seconds, don't make the mistake of using ward of dawn if you're a defender titan though that's going to ruin a whole round of damage to atheon because you can't shoot through that bubble. make sure you utilize your grenades to get maximum dps in between shots

Also which oracles are you referring to? Are there oracles in the room that Atheon is? Or are you referring to those oracles in the past/future. Also, how do you determine who will be transported by Atheon?

when you get transported, inside the portal 7 oracles will spawn in sequence, all of which must be destroyed in order to get the damage buff and escape the portal, if you miss one... everyone dies. and you control who's teleported by distance, the three people you want to be teleported should stand by the entrance to the room (in cover) and the other three should position themselves on the portal control pads as atheon will teleport the players furthest away from him

one last thing, inside the portal.. the three players in there.. their screens will turn black over time and they'll be blind so it's imperative that they stay as close to the relic carrier as possible because they will need to be cleansed so they can see again, and when you exit the portal they need to be cleansed (which will happen in the bubble in the middle) because they get marked by the void and end up blind again. as long as you make sure the relic carrier does his job properly the rest is easy.. hope you make it through :)

Thanks man! Yea my team attempted the vault of glass for the first time this past Saturday. And we made it all the way to Atheon in two hours but then we were literally stuck on Atheon for 2 more hours and gave up cuz we didn't have an effective strategy and someone lagged out and didn't comeback so we ended up down a man.

yeah, this strategy takes a while to get used to but when you get the hang of it it becomes second nature and it's stupidly easy. all you have to do is make sure there's constant communication and each person sticks to the job they've been given at all costs. the outside team should focus on portals only. if one person goes down outside the other two should leave him and make sure the correct portal is open at all costs then revive during the next teleportation. once you get used to it and know your job you'll be able to pre-aim the oracles before spawn and know which portal is imperative to keep open and atheon actually becomes the easiest part of the raid. don't get frustrated and quit if you don't get it right first time because a simple mistake can end up in a wipe just stick at it and perfect the strategy. bruce lee once said, don't fear the man who practiced 10,000 kicks once. fear the man who practiced 1 kick 10,000 times :)
