I disagree.
In my opinion they need to up the mission and strike designs. Put the same effort and creativity they did into the raid, into the rest of the game.
Get rid of "defend the ghost" and "defeat the boss who's the same as everyone else just more shields" gameplay and put in some actual vehicle missions.
Leave the raids for the skilled, high level players and give the rest of us a more varied and interesting game to keep jumping into. Not the same mission, different planet.
