I logged in on my 360, and the Sparrow was there and usable. But when I logged in on my One later, it said it was a Preorder Exclusive. Have I been locked out of my Sparrow because I upgraded my system?

I think it depends on what system you pre ordered it from, still try to troubleshoot this :)

I ended up buying a preorder code for the Sparrow on eBay, and I can now use my Sparrow on either my 360 or One. Kind of stinks that this was platform-specific unlike many of the other bonuses.
