They seriously need to time their armor vs damage engine. I just saw a lvl 7 burn away a level 28 Titan with a fusion rifle in one shot, but when I (lvl 28 lock) scorched the lvl 7, I had to hit him [i]twice[/i]. No other game lets someone twenty below live like that, ESPECIALLY Iron Banner. Lameness.

Doing my thorn bounty actually I saw this I'm 26 warlock fusion rifled a lvl 7...2 hits to kill but he comes back shotguns me. I look up his gear set. It's a green 111 damage shotgun against my 243 rare. Dafuq? Or then not taking damage at all...had that happen a few times and I got auto rifled to he'll after spraying 3 shots direct center mass on them.

That's what I'm saying. If you get owned by something 5 levels above you in PVE, I think you should get straight murdered 20+ above you in PVP without a snowflakes chance in a summer hell.

And hopefully A: remove rng from crucible at least and reward based on skill with chances instead of lottery style for rewards and B: add level caps to them similar to matchmaking for raids or strikes and matches where if a lvl 10 wants to f.uck with 20+ then a no holds barred match where level and power does matter.
