What can Xur do right?
All I happen to see when people talk about is how'much they hate him. What does he need to sell to make people happy? Was Sunbreakers not good enough. Sparrow upgrades not fast enough please someone explain.

Nothing wrong with xur really. Only reason people dislike him is because they either don't have enough coins to buy his wares or because he sells an item they found prior, eliminating their feelings of being a special snowflake. Basically, just like anything else in the game, anything that removes their notion of superiority and brings em back to earth.
