Played about 4 or 5 games of Iron Banner yesterday for my first experience and all of them were join in progress games. Why are people leaving? Only scumbags do that. Don't be a scumbag. I got completely owned in the join in progress games but still managed a positive K/D and I didn't leave. Why would you leave your team? You only care about yourselves? That's the one thing that really bothers me about multiplayer games. People will always leave you. Like why the hell would you play PvP in the first place if all you can manage is leaving your team behind? Guardian SCUM. There's no place for the likes of you in the Crucible or Iron Banner! Let alone the Tower! We fight for pride and glory! Guardians like you don't deserve to be called Guardians! Milk drinkers! Leave your mothers breasts!
EDIT 1: Last bit was a joke. Relax. A lot of people got butt hurt.
EDIT 2: To be clear, this post is not directed to people who get disconnected.

Well I'm glad my rage has company. This playlist is plagued by quitters. If you're going to make a playlist like Iron Banner with only victory being rewarded and level advantages on (which I'm totally cool with) you have to punish people who quit and/or change it to mildly reward the losing team for having the stones to finish the match, or even better, pro-rate the rep gain by how much you lost by. For instance a win gets you 25. A huge loss gets you almost nothing, but a narrow defeat gets you 15 or so. It will keep people in the games and be much better for the health of my controller. I'm sure that stuff was suggested before.
