They need to penalize morons using their supers just to kill 1 enemy, please for those if you need to use a super to kill 1 enemy and suck at aiming then go back to PvE.

Some supers such as golden gun, usually only kill 3 people. So who cares if you kill only 1 person. Some builds also specialise to make the super cooldown shorter but the super itself is weaker.
