Don't be disappointed in the players, they're doing what comes entirely natural to most people, properly budgeting their time. The idiots in this situationis again the people at bungie who don't seem to have a single clue about how human brains actually work. People enjoy spending 12 minutes an Iron Banner game for no reward about as much as they enjoyed turning in a dozen legendary engrams for a pile of trash.
