I truly feel like everybody who feels this way about Destiny feels it because they were expecting something more closely related to halo. Complaining about a short campain, guess what guys!! Most games with a M/P have a short campaign... and most games with a long campain, has no M/P. I also dont see why everyone says that its a halo reskin, its a Destiny skin... made by the same people who made halo, but nowhere does it look like halo. not even the weapons look like halo.
Wasting money and time? Yea, by complaining about a game that you already bought... Saying stuff like the campain is short and the M/P sucks. I find it funny how many people played the Beta, yet still buy the game knowing what theyre going to be playing. The Beta looks just like the full game and if you dont like it cuz it "looks like halo" why buy it? who cares, already bought it to complain about that.
You knew exactly how the gameplay was, having to farm for better gear... yet you still complain "i bought this for countless hours of farming the same thing over and over and over again"... Why did you even buy the full game??? for the story that you could have watched on youtube? or because its by Bungie and you thought they would change the whole game???
Crucible is still crucible... you played that in the beta too, but still complain about it being broken when it was broken in the beta.
People just need to get it in their heads that this is one of the only mmo fps games, with an online feature and a M/P, it is not halos great story... and it is not call of dutys known M/P, but it is Destinys unique MMO... so stop comparing it to other games, and maybe you will learn to like it more... if not then just stay far away from any mmo or rpg in the future cuz ill guarantee you wont like those either.

I enjoy the game. But it is like halo. Let's not lie, invisible enemy with swords, one race has a -blam!-ing needler for instance and so on and so fourth. It is just like halo. But I enjoy it.

Yes it's a halo real in, the animations and models are all the same base but bungie has a wonderful art department that covered over the developers lazy models they started off with using. It's like starting a drawing with a stencil but then the art department made that generic shape look dif. Your opinion on this is just like all the other industry brown nosers thinking it's ok to rip people off, just gtfo and stop thinking just cause your 5 year old attention span likes doing the same shit over and over and call it an amazing next gen game, doesn't mean the rest of the world does. The majority is actually really upset with how this game turned out. They promised an open world mmo, not a grind fest so literally everything you said in your post is wrong and you're making yourself believe it's true with no credibility. Just -blam!- off

If the Beta is not like the real game, then what the hell is the point of making a Beta? Everybody else is upset because they expected something so much more than what they think they were promised... They promised an open world MMO, and it is open world, and it is an MMO. That is literally all the patrol missions are. Saying that they coppy and pasted the skins shows that you literally know nothing about 3D Modeling, and Rendering because if you knew anything about it then you would know that doing anything like that would make the game look EXACTLY like halo. You cannot just half coppy and there is nothing that they fully coppied. Also, saying yhat the character are animated the same is a lie! They cannot coppy what the programs refer to as "Bones" from one model to another so each individual character had to be created, AND animated. Saying they look the same means you don't understand that there is not much variation to how a human walks... Seriously! How many different styles of walking are there???? Maybe 10 but half of those are vaguely still similar so WTF are you talking about they move the same. Get your effing facts straight before trying to be an ass because seriously you do not know everything about a game, and you do not know if what me, nor anybody else is saying, is true. Also, just get the hell of your high horse just because your on the internet and nothing bad comes out of it.

Litterally everything you just said to be a fact is wrong. It's not me on a "effing" high horse (real mature), it's just you being a self righteous idiot thinking this game is new and innovative. It's a flat world that is not open, it's about as open world as an assassins creed game. Is it an mmo? No economy, no communication, no real massive grouping system, nothing besides occasionally seeing people online. Where has this happened before? Fables a great example. Nobody would call that an mmo. All your options were pre set and it just gave you some extra stuff to grind. This game follows literally the same kind of format but in a sci fi version. And yes you can copy models from previous games, if you knew one thing about graphic design then I'm sure you'd get that. But you "effing" don't.

Youre higher than a kite to say that destiny is a flat world. I went to college for gaming simulation and programming, and i know for a fact that you can not copy and paste models nor skins and not make them look the exact same. Also, if Bungie were to even try thay without executive permissions from 343, then 343 would be suing Bungie right now. Another thing, MMO is mass multiplayer online... Im pretty sure 16 players trying to kick a soccerball in the tower is mass. and saying you wanted more, go play world of warcraft if you wanted more.

Lets use your world of Warcraft example again. Countless npcs have the same base model, and their artwork is reworked from there. so ya you can. And btw, bungie still owns halo 1-3, odst, and reach. So they can do whatever they want from those games. Just cause you went to school doesn't mean you learned anything. Have a good one

I did read it, and saw it was yet another generic 'if you don't like it why did you spend x amount of time on it, and it's not halo or COD so shut up' reply. People like you are a plague, sheep that are afraid to turn against the herd, I gave this game more than enough time and am basing my opinion on thoroughly playing the game, it sucks, end. Your opinion is moot.

Im afraid to go against the herd???! WTF! Everybody whos complaining about this game is following the pack saying its not what we wanted but truth be told, they never told us exactly what we were getting and none you complaint whores liked that. Also, the pack of people are also just upset that they didnt give us an open world mmo, but thats what they did and nobody can grasp that concept because this is their first mmo and they dont like it. If anything the people who still love this game are the ones straying off and not bitching about a game that truly could have been MUCH worse.

I genuinely enjoy this game. I've played tons of MMO's and this is very similar. Its just a different type of play that console players aren't used to. Am I a sheeple because I enjoy the game? Probably, in your opinion. But thankfully this is the internet and I don't give a rats ass what you think. Destiny is a great game, it's just not your version of one.
